My husband must of signed up for a free
credit report, he did not keep track of
his username and password. He gets
charged every month for this and it
comes directly out of his bank account.
I have asked him to stop this service.
He attempted to log on to the website
and his information is not found when
prompted questions are answered to
retrieve the username and password. He
also cannot cancel the service without
having a 1-800 # on the bank draft like
most places do.
I am asking that FreeCreditReport.com include their contact info on the bank draft.
