I live in USA and I sent my application
for registration for online banking to
SBI Noida, Sector 2 branch on
September3, 2009, Since then I have sent
numerous reminders but there is no
reply. There are three different phone
numbers of that branch and I have been
calling them every day ten to fifteen
times. The ring goes on, but no one
answers the phone.
There is one website that is supposed to register the complaints, but when you start accessing the website, it closes by itself. There is another website, but it is prepetually , under custruction. In USA I have been using online banking since 1993, and I have never had any problem. But SBI online banking appears to be a joke.
