I purchased a voltas vertis split a/c in 2008 April. Now since, I had to shift my house from Kodambakkam to Chromepet, I approached the votas call centre (1800 266 4555) on 20th April and requested them for disconnecting and re installing the a/c. I specifically told them that I will be shifting on 26th (morning). They commited to send the service engineer (call was assigned to M/s. Sourthern comfort) on 22nd April. But inspite of regular followups over phone and two mails sent to them they did not send any person nor have they responded.
Request registration No. 10AP2000333. Finally I had to hire an external a/c mechanic, due to which I under went mental agony and also I doubt about the performance of the A/c.
