I made a request for shifting of the
meter on 5th october, 09 and I was told
that with in two days the work will be
done. Since no one turned up I spoke on
the 8th October and was told that on 9th
the work will be done. Again I spoke on
9th since no body turned up for the
workand I was told that on 12th october
the work will be carried out. Since no
one turned up I spoke again and was told
that on 14th the work will be carried
out. On 14th when I contacted I was told
that on 15th the work will be carried
Each person in the BPO I spoke are evasive and are hoodwinking on each occasion since they take the advantage of ignorance of what the earlier person has committed.
We have lost five days waiting for the MGL representative and are disgusted at their level of service which may be due to their monopoly status.
