I have a Carpet Cleaning business and have recently had a very bad experience from a deal that I ran through LivingSocial. Upward of 400 coupons were sold at the end of the offer period. I was supposed to receive 50% of the aggregate money generated from the sales after 2 business days, at the moment it has been 10 working days and still no sight of the money. Worse yet I did not receive the customer list and I have already started receiving calls from the customers who purchased a coupon. I was expecting that money and I am not in a position to provide the services when I have not received the money yet. Contacting LivingSocial has been a nightmare post deal, with wide range of excuses being given. My business is stuck and this is not what I expected. My recommendation is to avoid dealing with LivingSocial.
